Application to the City for ministerial processing of an “urban lot split” pursuant to SB9 by property owner, Robert Trent for APN 005-170-004. The site has a zoning designation of Rural Residential (RR) and is currently developed with a single family residence. The site is steeply sloped adjacent to the roadway and the applicant is proposing a driveway that will serve the building envelope identified for Parcel 1. Parcel 2 will contain the existing residence.
