NOTICE OF BUSINESS AMENDMENT

ADDITION OF EXPRESS DISPENSARY SERVICE

AT 569 SEARLS AVENUE, SUITE D 

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Elevation 2477 presented a proposal to the Planning Commission at their June 18, 2020 regular meeting to expand their dispensary business by 754 square feet into the neighboring suite C. The applicant indicated that the need for the express retail service was so that proper social-distancing may be accommodated pursuant to the COVID-19 social-distancing protocols. The Planning Commission approved the expansion contingent on staff following up with a notification to surrounding property owners and pertinent agency reviewers. The proposal is outlined in the staff report submitted to the Planning Commission at their June meeting which includes the relevant application material as attachments, linked below:
