Tentative Parcel Map- Dunne

Application to the Planning Commission for a tentative Parcel Map to subdivide a 3.01-acre parcel into two residential parcels.   Parcel 1 is developed with an existing residence. Resulting parcels 2 is currently vacant and is proposed with a building envelope that avoid sensitive resources. The applicant is proposing to serve both lots with a driveway easement commencing from the neighboring parcel at APN 035-230-047 (property developed with Jacobson Chiropractor).  The current two-parcel configuration is a revision of a three-parcel configuration distributed a year ago.

A public hearing has been scheduled before the Planning Commission on this project for the
Special Meeting on October 14, 2021
