The Nevada City Swimming Pool is a seasonal pool opened June to mid-September. We offer programs for children, youth and adults. In addition to Open Swim times when the public is welcome to swim and enjoy a relaxing summer environment, there are swim lessons, a Junior Lifeguard program, Water Polo camp, birthday parties, private rentals, lap swim and water exercise classes. Details for these programs are availabe in the 2012 Summer Program Guide.

Lifeguard Training
Nevada City Parks & Recreation is partnering with Penguin Swim Team to offer and American Red Cross Lifeguard Training course April 2-6, 2012. The class is full.
