Architectural Review Form
To make major changes to your current home or building or if you are building a new home or structure, you will need to complete the Architectural Review Form.  All further details are included on the form.


Minor Architectural Form
To make "like for like" changes, such as painting your home or business the same color or installing new windows, follow the checklist included with the Minor Architechural Form.


Tree Removal Application
Some tree removals can be obtained from staff, such as immediate approval of any dead or diseased tree.  Other tree removals may need to be forwarded to the Planning Commission for approval, such as where multiple tree removal of healthy trees is requested.
