If you rent or use any of the City’s facilities and alcohol will be available at your event, you are required to have an Alcohol Permit. If you will be providing alcohol at no charge to your guests, the Parks & Recreation Department will issue your permit - fees may apply. Please call the Parks & Recreation to obtain a City Alcohol Permit.
If you will be selling alcohol at an event held on City property, you need to call Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC). ABC (916-419-1319) will determine if you need an Alcohol Permit and the fees associated with the permit.
